This page summarises what your training agreement says about paying for coaching, cancelling sessions and refunds. Your signed agreement is the full version; if this page and your agreement ever differ, your agreement applies.
1. Paying
Coaching is bought as a block package. Your agreement sets the amount, and it’s payment in advance: before each block starts, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
You can pay through the app by card or direct debit (BECS), weekly or upfront. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card or bank details. A weekly plan stops by itself after the last payment in your agreement.
Renewal isn’t automatic. Renewal fees are due 2 weeks before your current package ends.
2. Cancelling a session
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session. A session cancelled with less notice is forfeited and charged in full, with no make-up session.
Sessions end at their scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
Our promise to you: we’ll give you at least 24 hours’ notice if we need to cancel or move a session, or your next session is free. If your trainer is more than 15 minutes late, you get a free session.
3. Pausing, changing or stopping
Unused sessions stay valid for 6 months from the date you bought them.
Going away for a while? Give us at least 14 days’ notice and we’ll pause your payments.
Changing how many sessions you train a week needs 14 days’ written notice. Training fewer sessions a week can change your rate per session.
To stop a weekly plan or ask about your package, email us (below).
4. Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund or we’ve agreed to one in writing.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded: they must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for the purpose you told us about, and be supplied within a reasonable time. If we don’t meet a guarantee, you’re entitled to have the service supplied again or to a refund, depending on the problem. Nothing in your agreement or on this page takes those rights away.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe, and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
5. Asking for a refund or raising a problem
Email us with your name and what happened. We’ll reply and try to put it right. If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled it, you can contact Consumer Affairs Victoria.
