Who we are. Momentum Training is operated by David Coyne, trading as Momentum Fitness
(ABN 55 038 736 194), based in Victoria, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact details are at the end of this page.
You can delete your Momentum Training account and everything in it yourself, from the app, at any time. You don’t need a reason.
1. How to delete it
Open the app and tap the gear (Settings), top right.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.
You have 7 days to change your mind: open Settings and tap Keep my account. After 7 days it’s permanent and can’t be undone.
Can’t get into the app? Email us (below) from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you. Your coach can also delete your account for you.
Want a copy first? Settings → Export everything about me saves your training, runs, weigh-ins and what you shared on Board to a file. Do this before you delete: we can’t recover anything afterwards.
2. What’s deleted
Your profile, programs and everything you logged: sessions and sets, runs, food, weigh-ins, check-ins, habits and measurements.
Your questionnaire, agreements, coaching profile, notes and messages with your coach.
Your progress photos, form-check videos and blood-test files, from storage and from our off-site backup copy.
What you shared on Board, and your connections to wearables and other apps.
Your sign-in, unless you also use Momentum Tracking with the same email, in which case that separate app keeps its own sign-in.
3. What we may keep
Only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records. Card and direct-debit payment records are held by our payment processor, Stripe, under its own obligations. Our nightly database backups roll over and hold a deleted account for a short time only. Full detail is in §7 of the privacy policy.
